Before it was a platform, it was a deck of cards between two people who wanted to know if they were truly aligned.
From a card game in courtship to a platform for alignment.
YOKED started as a physical card game my wife and I built during our own courtship. We wanted to know if we were truly aligned in values and doctrine before anything progressed.
Working through marriage counseling at our church, we crafted 105 questions across categories that actually matter — faith, doctrine, lifestyle, and more.
We refined the experience so that each session draws 12 of those 105 cards randomly, across three difficulty levels: Light, Medium, and Deep. Every conversation is different.
That card game became the seed for this platform today.
